Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Traqio — the website, the console, the API and the SDKs — provided by Khufu FZCO. Creating an account or embedding a Traqio SDK means you accept them. Traqio is sold to businesses; it is not a consumer service.
1. Who you are contracting with
Your counterparty is Khufu FZCO, IFZA Business Park, A2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai 341041, United Arab Emirates. "Traqio", "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the business using the service, and whoever accepts these terms warrants that they can bind it.
2. The service
Traqio is a Mobile Measurement Partner: it attributes mobile app installs to ad campaigns, measures the events that follow them, and reports return on ad spend. It forwards conversion events to ad networks you connect, and reads campaign and revenue data from the accounts you authorise.
Attribution is a measurement, not a certified fact. iOS results come from Apple's SKAdNetwork and are aggregated and delayed by design; figures reported by an ad network will differ from ours because the attribution models differ. You should not treat any number in the console as a settlement figure for a dispute with a third party.
3. Your account
You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials and API keys secret. Activity carried out with your keys is your responsibility. Tell us at hello@traqio.app as soon as you suspect a key has leaked, and we will help you rotate it.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
4. Your obligations toward your end users
This is the substantive obligation of these terms, because it is the one that creates risk for the people measured. When you embed a Traqio SDK you are the data controller for the resulting data, and we act as your processor.
- Publish a privacy policy in your app that discloses your use of an attribution provider, and keep it accurate.
- Obtain every consent your jurisdiction requires before measurement starts — including, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency authorisation before any advertising identifier is collected.
- Comply with the platform rules that apply to you: Apple's App Store guidelines, Google Play's developer policies, and the terms of each ad network you connect.
- Do not send us special categories of personal data (health, biometrics, precise location, political or religious views, or anything comparable) as event parameters. The service is not designed to hold them.
- Do not use Traqio to measure an app directed at children in a way that collects advertising identifiers from them.
- Honour deletion and objection requests from your end users, and instruct us when a deletion has to propagate to data we hold for you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service, resell it as your own measurement product, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written agreement, send it deliberately falsified events to inflate or deflate a third party's reporting, or use it to break the law of any jurisdiction that applies to you.
We may suspend an account that is causing harm — to the service, to an ad network account, or to end users — and will tell you why.
6. Pricing and billing
The free tier covers up to 1,000 attributed conversions per calendar month, attribution and ROAS included. Beyond it, usage is priced at $0.05 per attributed conversion. There is no minimum spend, no annual commitment and no sales call. A conversion is an attributed install or a post-install event you have chosen to measure; organic installs are not billed.
Traqio is in early access and paid billing is not switched on: no payment provider is wired, and usage above the free bucket is not charged today. We will not start charging an existing account without notifying it by email first, in time for you to decide.
When billing is switched on, charges will be processed by Stripe, invoiced in US dollars, and exclusive of any tax you owe in your own jurisdiction.
7. SDK licence
For as long as your account is in good standing, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to embed the Traqio SDKs in your applications and to distribute them as part of those applications. Each SDK's own open-source licence file governs where it is more permissive than this paragraph.
The licence does not let you modify the SDK to misreport data, strip its identification of itself to platform review, or redistribute it outside your own applications.
8. Data protection
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. A data processing agreement including the Standard Contractual Clauses is available on request at hello@traqio.app.
We process customer data only to provide the service, and we do not use it to train models or to build products for other customers.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and to preserve your data, but during early access there is no service level agreement and no uptime commitment. Ingestion is designed so that a delivery failure to an ad network is retried rather than dropped silently, but we do not guarantee that any specific event reaches any specific third party.
We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you depend on, we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email and let you export your data.
10. Intellectual property
We own the service, the software behind it, and the Traqio name and marks. You own your data, and the aggregated reporting derived from it is yours to use as you see fit. Nothing here transfers ownership either way.
You may say publicly that you use Traqio. We will not use your name or logo as a reference without your written agreement.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the console or by writing to hello@traqio.app. We may terminate for a material breach of these terms that you have not fixed within 14 days of being told about it, or immediately where the breach is causing ongoing harm.
On termination your data is deleted within 30 days. Export what you need before you close the account.
12. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law permits, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for advertising spend allocated on the basis of a measurement. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and US$100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your failure to obtain the consents described above or from your breach of a platform's or ad network's rules.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive a consumer of protections available in their country of residence, where such protections apply despite this clause.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned by date; the current version is dated 2026-09-13. We will notify account holders by email of a material change at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards is acceptance; if you would rather not accept, close the account.
